Terms of Service

Welcome to Droplets of Dew ("the App"), operated by Reveals Connections, LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

To use Droplets of Dew, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be legally able to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be a person convicted of or subject to any court order relating to assault, violence, sexual misconduct, or harassment
• Not be required to register as a sex offender with any government authority
• Not have been previously banned from the App

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above requirements.

2. Your Account

Your phone number is your primary login credential. You are responsible for keeping it current and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may add an optional recovery email address.

• You may only create and maintain one account
• You may not share your account or let anyone else access it
• You must provide accurate information, particularly your age, name, and identity
• We may offer optional identity or selfie verification; providing false verification materials is grounds for immediate termination

3. How the Service Works

Droplets of Dew is a dating app that connects people through a multi-stage process:

• Discovery: You browse profiles of other users based on your location and preferences. You can like, pass, or super-like other users.
• Unlock: When two users mutually like each other, an unlocked connection is created. During this stage, you can view each other's private content for a limited time.
• Match: After further mutual interaction, a full match is created and you can message each other freely.

We do not guarantee any particular number of profiles, matches, or outcomes. The availability of users depends on your location, preferences, and activity on the platform.

4. Your Use of the Service

• Use the App only for personal, non-commercial dating purposes
• Treat other users with respect and honesty
• Do not misrepresent your identity, age, or intentions
• Comply with all applicable laws when using the App
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Harass, threaten, intimidate, stalk, or bully other users
• Post content that is hateful, violent, sexually explicit, or illegal
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Solicit money, advertise products or services, or engage in any commercial activity through the App
• Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages
• Collect, extract, or store other users' personal information for purposes outside the App
• Use the App in any way that could harm minors
• Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or other automated tools to access or interact with the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
• Attempt to circumvent blocks, bans, or other safety measures
• Create multiple accounts to evade enforcement actions
• Upload malware, viruses, or other malicious content
• Probe, scan, or test the App for security vulnerabilities without our written permission
• Use the App for political campaign financing or fundraising

6. Your Content

"Your Content" means all photos, videos, profile text, messages, and any other material you submit through the App.

Ownership: You retain ownership of your content.

License grant: By submitting content, you grant Reveals Connections, LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, display, reproduce, modify (including resizing, cropping, generating thumbnails, and creating face-centered avatars), and distribute your content in connection with operating and promoting the App.

License duration: This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for: (a) content already delivered to other users (such as sent messages), which we cannot recall; and (b) copies retained in backups for a reasonable period as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your representations: You represent that you have the right to submit your content, that it does not infringe any third party's rights, and that it complies with these Terms.

We may remove or refuse to display any content at our discretion, for any reason, including content that we believe violates these Terms.

7. Content Moderation

Photos and videos you upload are subject to review before they appear to other users. We may review content manually to ensure it complies with these Terms.

• Content that violates these Terms may be removed without notice
• Repeated or serious violations may result in account suspension or termination
• We are not obligated to monitor all content, but we reserve the right to do so
• Moderation decisions are made at our sole discretion

8. Safety Features

Droplets of Dew provides tools to help you manage your experience:

• Block: You can block another user at any time. Blocking is mutual — neither of you will see or be able to contact the other.
• Report: You can report users for inappropriate content, fake profiles, harassment, spam, or other reasons. We review reports and may take action including content removal, warnings, or account suspension.
• Unmatch: You can end a match at any time.

Important safety disclaimer: We do not conduct criminal background checks or identity verification on all users. We make no representations or warranties about the conduct, identity, intentions, legitimacy, or truthfulness of any user. You are solely responsible for your own safety when interacting with other users, both online and in person. Always exercise caution and good judgment.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, code, graphics, and branding, is owned by Reveals Connections, LLC. "Droplets of Dew," our logo, and our wordmark are our trademarks. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the App or our intellectual property.

Copyright complaints: If you believe content on the App infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice to legal@revealsconnections.com with the following information:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• Identification of the infringing material and its location in the App
• Your contact information (name, address, phone number, email)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
• Your physical or electronic signature

10. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services for functionality including messaging, data storage, analytics, error reporting, and location search. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices, content, or availability of any third-party service.

11. Account Suspension and Termination

By us: We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. We are not obligated to disclose the reason for suspension or termination if doing so could compromise the safety or privacy of other users.

By you: You may delete your account at any time through the App's settings. Account deletion enters a 30-day grace period during which you can cancel the deletion and restore your account. After the grace period, your personal data is permanently deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

Effect of termination: Upon termination, your license to use the App ends immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including Your Content license for already-delivered content, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Dispute Resolution, and Indemnification) will continue to apply.

12. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Without limiting the above, we do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Any particular number of users will be active in your area
• Other users' profiles are accurate, truthful, or complete
• The App will result in any matches, dates, or relationships
• Optional verification features confirm a user's full identity or background

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reveals Connections, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the App shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100 USD).

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

14. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Informal resolution: Before filing any legal claim, you agree to contact us at legal@revealsconnections.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

Jurisdiction: If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

15. General Provisions

Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Reveals Connections, LLC regarding your use of the App.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

No waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

Assignment: We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms. You may not assign yours.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reveals Connections, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

Changes to these Terms: We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
